IMPORTANT:

Make sure to read the descriptions of items carefully as most items are a preorder item. Production time on a preorder item may vary; please check with the blog or my socials for updates. Refunds will not be provided from misreading a listing.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
 In the event you receive an incorrect or damaged item that is not the fault of the postal service, please send an email with photo evidence and we will work towards a solution!

Please make sure your address is 100% accurate; if you need to change your address for a preorder item, please reach out immediately. Refunds will not be provided for deliveries to the wrong address.

False chargebacks will be disputed and may result in future orders being canceled. 

If a package is returned to sender (SODASPROUTS) for any reason, you can repay the cost of shipping to have it remailed. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands; lost/misdelivered/stolen packages need to be discussed with the local post office, as we cannot help past that point.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Items that are made-to-order (ex. embroidered items, apparel) take 3-4+ weeks to complete production, depending on availability of materials. Please be patient for your item. Refunds will not be provided after your item has entered production.
